This is another session from this summer that I never got around to share much from. It’s my friend Lidija and she’s just gorgeous….pregnant or not:) I remember it was such a dark evening and we really wanted warm and backlitt, but I really like how the pictures turned out anyways. The dark blue dress was a perfect choice too.
She’s no longer pregnant, but she looked beautiful when she was. Don’t you agree?

Even though this mamma is no longer pregnant I wanted to come back and show some more pictures from her session. I just love how they turned out and I think that urban maternity pictures are my all time favorites. She looked absolutely stunning and love all the colors we found downtown. I have mentioned it before, but I will mention it again….I love to do outdoors maternity pictures and if you know anyone who is pregnant you should talk them into getting some pictures taken:)

On a little girl to come in just a few weeks.
I’m sooo excited to show a sneak peak for this gorgeous mamma to be. She was my first ever maternity client when I first started out and I was so excited that she wanted maternity pictures taken for number 2 as well. Often we go all out on the first one, then by the second time around we end up not doing the same. I bet the little girl will be so excited to see pictures of her mamma pregnant with her and not only with her older brother. She’s just one of those really fun and relaxed people and I think she’s glowing. I’ve got to say that urban maternity pictures are my absolute favorite and I was so excited when she wanted that. I love how these are turning out and I can’t wait to be done editing them to send her the gallery. I’m realizing that I looooove maternity sessions. I think it’s such a beautiful time in your life to get pictures taken…it’s one of the few times that definitely can’t be recreated later:)

Baby Mia, that is. She’s supposed to come 3 weeks and I’m so excited for Lidija. I know she’s ready too:) We had this session scheduled for last Wednesday morning at 7am, but unfortunately it was raining. Luckily we were able to get together on Friday evening instead. We were hoping for warm sunny golden light, but instead we got dark and “thinking it would be raining any minute” weather….that’s just how the summers are here. The weather can change within a few minutes. Anyway, we still decided to have the session and it worked out really well anyway. How could it not when Lidija is just gorgeous. She’s the kind of pregnant person everyone is jealousy of….tall, thin and a perfectly round little belly. I’m hating on her a little right now:)
