I got to see this little girl this weekend and she’s just one of the most beautiful little girl I’ve ever seen. She had the most perfect skin and cutest newborn smiles. Her mom always plans so well for her sessions and she has headbands and blankets already made for us to use. Her grandmother had also made the multicolored blanket and I loved it!! I wish I had skills like that….but I don’t…..I have grades from middle school to prove it:) Anyway, she really liked to move her arms and kick her legs so we went ahead and swaddled her for lots of pictures and I love the look of it. I just think she looks so content and happy. I have never gotten as many smiles from a newborn as she gave me. Isn’t she just perfect?

She’s finally here!!! I’m so excited that I got to photograph her this weekend and that I got to see my friends too. She’s such a cutie and she was a great sleeper which made my job so much easier after having a streak of non sleepers. Her mom was a great help too with holding blankets, shushing, poses and everything else that goes into newborn photography. I’m already in love with her and she’s not even mine:)

I’ve been super busy this weekend with lots of shoots and I’m working on editing several galleries as we speak:) I’m seriously behind on blogging and uploading pictures to facebook. Hopefully soon I will be caught up.
On Saturday I got to meet this little boy. He was only 13 days old and so so so cute. I could see how adored he was by his parents and I love seeing that. I got to say that he was seriously not interested in having his pictures taken. He did not want to sleep or get into any baskets, but luckily he fell asleep for a few minutes where we got some shots of him. I guess that’s the hard thing with newborn…you never know what kind of day they will have. Hopefully he slept really well that night because I know his parents were needing so extra sleep right now:)

I’m back from Norway and we had such an amazing time there. I was lucky enough to come home just a few days after my newest niece was born and she was the cutest thing ever!! I was so excited that I got to photograph her while she still was brand new. I’m just sharing one for right now because I have so much editing to do. I didn’t even bring my computer home so it was a true vacation….I’m paying for that now:)
Anyway, here she is. She’s just gorgeous!!
